How can I buy something at GB Driver?
Browse our website to view our range of car accessories. To place your order,
either select the 'Add to Basket' button or call our sales team on 01202 519675.
If there is no 'Add to Basket' button, it may be the item is out of stock or can
only be ordered by phone.
I am trying to call you. What are your hours of business?
Our usual hours of business are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you are
having trouble getting through, please email us and we will deal with your enquiry
as soon as possible.
Where is GB Driver based?
We are based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
How much is delivery?
All our prices include UK mainland delivery. So the price you see, is the price
you pay.
I am having trouble placing my order online!

. If you are having technical problems with the site, it may be because your
browser is getting a little bit confused. Please close Internet Explorer, and
empty all your internet files and cookies. Then return to the website and try
again. If you are still having problems, it may be due to a temporary fault - so
shut your PC down and try again a little later. If problems still appear, please

Do you supply to the trade or have any discount schemes at all?
Sorry. Although it sounds a bit predictable; we prefer to offer a good deal to
all our customers. If you are a member of the public, or work in the trade - its
the same price.
Is it safe to enter my details on your website?
Yes. You will notice that when you come to the screen that asks for your credit
card details, the 'secure' padlock will appear on the browser.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay by most UK registered credit and debit cards or by PayPal. Simply
select which option you want to use when prompted.
Please note that you must be a verified member of PayPal to use this method, and
spending is limited to £50.00 . We regret we are unable to accept cheques or
postal orders.
Can I collect or place my order in person?
Yes, ofcourse. You are welcome to call in and see us at our Bournemouth HQ.
Please remember though, we no longer have a 'retail showroom' as such and not
all items are stocked. So we advise calling first to check we have what you
want. Please also note that we no longer keep change; so you will need to pay
using your credit card.
How do I know something is in stock if I am about to order online?
Most popular items are kept in stock, either in our own stores or at one of our
nationwide distributors. If something is out of stock, or not likely to be
available for some time, either the 'Add to Basket' option will be removed, or
you will see some other warning.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most 'off the shelf' items will arrive anywhere between 1 - 5 working days.
Other 'tailored' items may take a little longer, and a separate delivery
timescale will usually be advised in the product description.
How will my order be delivered? Will I need to wait in to
sign for it?
The delivery method depends on the size and value of the item ordered. Some
deliveries may require signing for. As with any mail order delivery, the time
can never be guaranteed. If you are out when delivery is attempted and the item
does need signing for, or is too big to go through the letter box - it will
usually be taken back to your local depot, and a card left instructing how you
can collect it. If you are concerned that this will be difficult for you to do,
and assuming your order value is less than £100, you can specify a separate
delivery address; such as a work address for example.
What if my order has not arrived?
Please call us if your order has not arrived within 5 working days, unless
otherwise advised. Please do not leave it too long to contact us. We would
rather know sooner than later if your order has not turned up. Check for any
cards left by your postman incase delivery was attempted whilst you where out.
If we have confirmed it has been posted, it may still be in transit or been
returned to your local depot waiting for you to collect.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
In short, no. We do not have the facility to deliver outside the UK mainland -
sorry.
What if I need to return something?
Please email or call us as soon as you know an item needs to be sent back. We
can only consider exchanging an item if returned 'as new' within 14 days of
delivery. For more information, please see our terms and conditions. Please note
that if your item was 'made to order' it is unlikely you will be able to return
it. If something you have ordered has arrived faulty or incorrect, then we will
do all we can to replace it as soon as possible.
