Customer Notice.
From the 1st February 2013, this website and all orders and payments made until such time advised otherwise, will be managed by, and the responsibility of, Dan Ashton t/a GBDriver.co.uk . Please note our new address and contact details. Staff will be happy to advise customers on orders made prior to the 1st February 2013 to the best of their ability, but customers are politely reminded any financial disputes and other issues regarding any orders placed or products received before this time may need to be taken up with the appropriate source of supply or payment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us for further advice.
Stock and availability
All items advertised on this website are sold subject to availability. Stock items will either be dispatched from stock, or by one of our suppliers directly, usually within 24 hours and shipped using Royal Mail Post or Courier. Dispatch and delivery times, when quoted are approximate and may be subject to delays outside our direct control such as adverse weather, postage strikes and other technical or communicational errors. Products that are described as Tailored or Made to Order will take considerably longer to arrive, often between 10-28 working days. The term 'in stock' when used throughout this website refers to the item being available at our own stores, or our suppliers at the end of the previous working day. If it is expected any product you have ordered will not be delivered within the timescale quoted, (see delivery and returns page) we will give you the option to either take a refund or wait.
Placing an order
Orders may be placed online or by phone. We are unable to receive personal callers at our premises. Payment can be accepted by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal. Businesses and larger organisations are welcome to pay by BAC's upon request. No goods can be dispatched without appropriate payment in full first. All online payments are made using secure servers, ensuring your payment details are fully encrypted.
Delivery
Upon placing your order and submitting a payment, you are agreeing to accept delivery of your order at the address you specified. In the event you are not available to take delivery of your order at the address you specified, you may need to contact the designated delivery or courier service directly to arrange appropriate redelivery or pick up in accordance with the applicable delivery or couriers own requirements. To allow for any delays outside our direct control, including for example adverse weather, postal and courier strikes and other technical or communicational errors, we advise you allow 7-10 working days for delivery of any stock order, unless otherwise advised. Please remember tailored and made to order products may take considerably longer, usually between 10-28 working days.
Supplying Pictures
Some tailored products require the customer to email or post pictures to verify their car shape and style. This simple process enables our factory to ensure the correct part is made and sent. If you feel it will be difficult to send us images of your car, please do not proceed with your order until you have spoken with us to verify if this will be needed. Your order may be started prior to the pictures being requested, and therefore cannot be refunded later if you decide you are unable to send photos to us, by email or post.
Canceling your order
You may of course cancel your order at any time prior to it being dispatched, or in the event of tailored and made to order products, production of your order being commenced. We will confirm your cancellation verbally by phone or in writing by email.
Returns and Refunds
We operate in full co-operation with the Distance Selling Regulations Act for your complete peace of mind and protection. In addition, we offer an extended 30 DAY returns policy if you are not happy with your order. This excludes personalised, tailored and made to order products, which in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Act may not be returned for refund or exchange. . In the event of wanting to return a product, please email us with your original order number and address, with post code. We will instruct you on the correct returns address. Returns must be received as new with all original parts, packaging and fixings etc. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of return.
Faulty Items
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, then we politely ask you give us the opportunity to correct it as quickly as possible. Please notify us by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt. We will then instruct you on how we can best resolve the issue, usually by sending you a replacement or correct item as a priority.
Exchanging an item
If you wish to exchange an item we have delivered for an alternative, you will be required to send the original purchase back to the appropriate address. We may also ask you to contribute towards the cost of posting the exchanged item to you as we incur postage and packaging fees when we have to post your replacement choice back to you. This is at the discretion of the manager. Any balance owed due to an exchange must be paid prior to dispatch. Any refund owed, will be made as per our usual refund policy.
Responsibility and use
It is the customers responsibility to ensure any items purchased from this website are used lawfully and when applicable, correct for intended use and assembled or fitted correctly. We take no responsibility for any cost, injury incurred or other event as a result of directly or indirectly, the improper use of our products or failure to check suitability or correct application and fitting prior to use.
Number Plates
Please note Number Plates are supplied direct from one of our nominated experienced Number Plate manufacturers based in Northern Ireland or Scotland, and not made at our premises. As you are ordering online, and we are unable to verify your documents and registration number, Number Plates sold on this website are sold for display or show use only. We cannot be held liable for improper use of this product.
