We offer FREE DELIVERY to the UK mainland, regardless of your order value. We also now offer delivery to Europe, USA, Canada and Australia, with the exception of a few larger and fragile items. Please see separate shipping notes below for worldwide deliveries.
It is our priority to ensure your order reaches you as
quickly as possible. Most items are kept in stock and dispatched within 24 hours
by 1st Class Royal
Mail or Next Day Courier either from our own stores or direct from one of our
nationwide suppliers.
Many smaller products can be posted through your letter box. Larger and high
value orders may need signing for. If you are worried about missing the
delivery, you can state a separate delivery address such as a work address or
other family member.
We advise you allow up to 10 working days for delivery, allowing for any
postal delays or other issues concerning your parcel reaching you outside our direct control. Remember to allow extra for orders placed during or prior to Bank Holidays and Christmas.
Refer to the product description for further information regarding delivery, as
some special order products may take longer.
Worldwide Delivery Service from GBDriver.co.uk
Due to popular demand from customers outside the UK, we are offering a delivery service to selected parts of the world. Delivery prices are based on the value of your order. There is a maximum order value of £200 when ordering online. If you order exceeds this, please email us for alternative shipping costs. We advise you allow additional time for delivery if you are not in the UK and please be reminded, you may be liable for any customs duty applied by your local authorities.

30 Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, GBDriver.co.uk offers
you 30 days to return any stock product if you are not happy with your
purchase or it turns out to be unsuitable for your requirements. This
excludes Tailored and Made to Order products. Returns must be
received 'as new' with all original parts and packaging.
Not all products should be returned to us directly; so it is also important you
check which address to send your return to by emailing dan@gbdriver.co.uk
prior to returning your purchase.
We cannot accept liability and consequently (if
appropriate) refund or exchange any order that is not received or cannot be
proven to have been signed for at the applicable return delivery address. We recommend you use a
method of postage that offers you proof of delivery. Goods will be refunded
within 30 days by crediting the original payment method.
In accordance with distant selling regulations, there are some products that we
are unable to except for return (be it refund or exchange) including Tailored
and Made to Order products.
If you have a faulty product then we will ensure it is replaced at no
additional cost to yourself when appropriate.
